Join Nicole and Jenn for a full day of Trauma Informed Care. We will focus on the understanding of the neurobiology and nervous system response to trauma and key interventions for working with individuals who have well developed strategies for living a life that includes traumatic experience. We will also discuss the ethical considerations of working with individuals with a trauma history, even if you aren’t considering your work to be trauma-focused.

This training will earn you 6hrs of CEUs, including 2hrs of ethics. Direct SW hours are also available. The training will also support you in your clinical work, no matter what your theoretical orientation, when working with individuals who have experienced trauma.

9:00am - Morning Session

12:00-1:00pm - Lunch on your own - there is an array of restaurants located on Main Street in Lexington to check out!

1:00-4:00pm - Afternoon Session

After the training, you will complete an evaluation survey and will receive your certificate via email.
