Fall Yoga Series with Hazelwood! Come out for a fun and flowy vinyasa perfect for a fall-ish morning! We will focus on some movement and stretching to connect with the body. All levels welcome; this will be a warming practice with lots of options. Bring your own mat, water and any other comforts of your choice.
